“Earn More – Work Less” – who wouldn’t want that, right? Let me take you through a real-life example of how we made this happen.

Meet Sophie – a curly hair specialist with over 12 years of experience. She’s spent years mastering trichology and cosmetic chemistry, and she’s shared her knowledge through countless consultations. By the time she reached out, Sophie had a solid following of around 3,635 on her account and was charging $25 per consultation.

The First Questions I Asked:
1. Why does someone with such a vibrant, valuable account only have around 3,600 followers?
2. On average, how much does one pot of hair product in her shop cost? (Around $15). And how many products do her clients usually buy that they don’t really need? (Typically 2-3).

In just one consultation, Sophie was helping clients save a lot of money by guiding them to buy only what suited them best. Yet, she was barely scratching the surface of what she could earn from her expertise!

After our first meeting, we made a strategic move to increase her consultation fee to $35. It was a small step, but it broke the ice – and that was just the beginning.

Common Fear: Raising Prices
Many experts worry that if they raise their prices:

a) Clients will stop buying, or
b) They’ll attract more demanding clients and struggle to meet their expectations.

Spoiler alert: Neither of these fears turned out to be true. In fact, it became easier for Sophie to work with a paying audience.

A Common Mistake: The Price Increase Conundrum
Often, specialists will increase their prices by 30-50-100%, only to spend loads of time convincing their old audience of the value. While this approach can work to an extent, it’s usually more effective to attract new followers who are prepared to pay the higher rates.
